Endring i planane ...

Eg veit eg har sagt at eg ikkje skal setje nye blomar i hagen før påske,

men klarte likevel ikkje styra meg og handla inn litt vårblomar

som eg hadde planlagd å setje ut i hagen denne laurdags formiddagen som var.

Trur du det var noko av, med snøen som kom?? 

Nixen bixen! Ingen nye blomar i hagen før sundag ettermiddag!
(I mellomtida hadde me vår skjønne nevø på 13 mnd på besøk <3 )

I staden brukte eg laurdag formiddag på å skifta ut påskeliljene eg tok inn 

for eit par veker sidan, for dei var allereie avblomstra.

Nye påskeliljer, ein tulipan og ei stemor kom i hus og pyntar så fint.

Blomelaukane eg tok inn har byrja å spire,

og den som har kome lengst, trur eg er ein perleblome / Muscari.

Dei andre ser ikkje fullt så ivrige ut enno, men dei kjem kanskje?

Den fine rosa eg fekk hjå sjefen på Kvinnedagen pyntar på salongbordet,

(fekk den levert på døra sidan eg var sjuk)

og eg har framleis eggdilla, som de kan sjå ;)

Desse egga har eg dyppa i kaffi så dei skulle få eit litt meir rustikt preg.

Sundag var all snøen vekke, og om ettermiddagen kom endeleg resten av blomane ut :)

Change of plans ...

I know I've said I won't put any flowers in the garden until Easter,

but then I couldn't quite contain myself,

and bought some spring flowers I planned to put out this past Saturday morning.

Do you think that happened, will all the snow we got??

Nopedy-nope! No new flowers in the garden until Sunday afternoon.

(In the meantime, we had our lovely 13-month old nephew visiting <3 )


Saturday morning I exchanged the daffodils 

I took in the other week, as they were done blooming.

New Daffodils, a tulip and a viola came indoors, and decorate so nicely.

The flower buds I took in has started to sprout,

and the one making the most progress, looks like it might be a Muscari.

The others don't look quite so eager yet, but maybe they'll come later? 

I got the pretty rose from my boss on the International Women's Day,

and it decorates the coffee table,

(it was delivered to my house, as I was home sick that day)

and as you can see, I'm still crazy about eggs ;)

I've dipped these eggs into coffee, to give them a more rustic look.

Sunday the snow was gone, and in the afternoon rest of the flowers 
finally found their place in the garden :)
